The more notice we have to reserve your date the better. We typically only take a couple of bookings for a weekend. But don't hesitate to ask if it is short notice... if we can do it we will fit you in!
The traditional flavors for us are, White, Chocolate and Marble. Additionally we offer, Cherry chip, Lemon, Red Velvet and Carrot.
All of our cakes are two layers. Therefore the need for filling. The options are:
Traditional Buttercream (made in-house) with a hint of almond. Slightly off white from the use or butter. Can be tinted to coordinate with your colors. (Dark colors are not recommended for taste and staining reasons). Stiffer frosting to allow more detailed decorations.
Whipped Frosting is a light airy texture. It is non-dairy. It can be tinted but colors tend to be muted and pastel like. Easy clean up. Less crisp look.
With your idea/pictures we can work with the pan sizes to provide the number of servings needed for your guests.
Please speak with us to get detailed pricing. However, a standard tiered cake starts at $3.00 per serving. Delivery may be extra depending on the location.
If a traditional cake isn't for you, we offer sheet cakes and cupcakes, If cake isn't your favorite, we offer sweet rolls and donuts or pies for a dessert.
The bride is responsible for providing the topper for the cake. Please inform us of the style so that it will fit and have proper support.
We will arrange flowers that are provided, on the cake for a nominal fee.
Decide if you will be keeping the top layer as tradition holds or will be serving it.
A wedding cake serving is considered to be 1 inch by the 4 inch height of the cake.
We prefer not to work with Fondant icing.
